Alicia Colvard - Ashford Hayles

>

What a beautiful wedding! These are some of my favorite flowers of this past Spring. Alicia picked the citrusy colors, and they look absolutely gorgeous! She and Ashford are a great couple, and they planned their big day from DC. The beautiful shots are from Kim Long of Kim Long Photography. Seriously, are these shots not ridiculously gorgeous! Thanks Kim for sending the photos....I also grabbed a few of my favorites from her blog. For the full wedding details, go to Kim's blog at http://kimlongphotographyclients.com/blog/?m=200904.

Tricia & Adam in the Tulips

I just had to post these pictures that Tricia shared with me. She is the bride from the previous post below, and as you may have read, they are living in Switzerland. So, on one of their weekend jaunts, they went to Amsterdam and tiptoed through the tulips. I just love these shots, and I thought I would share. I would be in heaven surrounded by all those tulips....love them!

Tricia Ruszkowski & Adam Moyer

As Seen on Style Me Pretty - "The Art of Simple Elegance"

Wow...what a gorgeous wedding this was. See below for the credit on all of the fantastic vendors whose talents made this wedding absolutely gorgeous! And what wonderful people to work with. Tricia and her mom were very involved with the design specs for the wedding, and they did a magnificent job!

The Vendors:

Photographer - The always fabulous Steph Carson of StephCarson Photography
Make Up Artistry - Nancy of Brideface rocked it once again...check out the lashes...always my favorite part!
Flowers - that would be us of course, CLF
Gown - Nicole Miller
Cake - Tres Belle
Ceremony - St. Mary's Hyde Park
Reception - The Glendale Lyceum

From Tricia (the bride):

We wanted the wedding to be simple but classy - The Lyceum was the perfect back drop to create such a feeling. Combined with the flowers, candles, music, food, and champagne!! It was perfect!. The gold dresses and accents were a nice nod to the holidays without being too much. Since the wedding was in November, which can be dreadful in Cincinnati, the gold helped keep things warm and inviting. With our move to Switzerland 2 months prior to the wedding, we wanted to bring a few touches of Switzerland - The Swiss Chocolates were direct from the Lindt factory here in Zurich, Switzerland; the Swiss theme Cookies were made by “Cake Creations by Sue”, and the Swiss flag baggage tags were used for table assignments and then kept as favours. It was an easy way for us to provide our new contact information as well as open up an invite for visitors.

See the rest of the fantastic details below, captured so well by Steph Carson. Thanks Steph for all the great shots! Your work is awesome as usual!
